Our process
STEP 1
Show Us Your Space
Our outdoor experts will visit you at your property to learn about your vision and start planning how to bring it to life. There’s no obligation or cost for this step!
STEP 2
Approve Your Design and Quote
Let’s review your outdoor space design in detail and agree on material selections, project costs, and any revisions necessary to bring your dream yard to life!
STEP 3
Project Kickoff and Execution
Once you approve your design and quote, your Project Supervisor will establish the start date and timeline, and then our craftsmen will get to work, communicating progress throughout project.
STEP 4
Completion and Maintenance
Upon project completion, we’ll meet to ensure you’re satisfied with every last detail and discuss how we can support you long-term with maintaining your amazing space.
Our process
STEP 1
Submit a customer questionnaire for our Customer Service department.
STEP 2
Let’s schedule something! One of our customer service representatives will call and set up a NO COST, NO OBLIGATION on-site meeting with one of our experts.
STEP 3
Once our on-site meeting is complete, we’ll have you meet with our landscape design team where you’ll be presented with a beautiful 3-D design of your outdoor living space.
STEP 4
We provide you with a free quote of the project cost!
STEP 5
Once you approve the quote, you’ll meet with the Project Supervisor where you’ll discuss project start date and timeline.
