Yes!  Unless otherwise discussed, we cover all plants, trees, shrubs, and perennials for a period of 1 year.  We want to help protect your investment and set your landscape and gardens up for success many years to come!

We also provide a 2 year repair warranty on all hardscape projects including walls, patios, edging, fire features, and more.

We install trees and large shrubs year round, unless the ground is covered in snow or too frozen to dig.  Yes, trees will do great when planted in the winter!  For most shrubs and perennials, we focus on installing between March and November for the best results. 

But remember – we warranty your plants for an entire year, so they are covered despite the exact date of planting!

One key thing that sets Elevate Outdoor apart from other companies is our design work. We employ full-time designers that are trained in Landscape Architecture and Horticulture, and experienced in the field and in drafting landscape plans.  This unique experience allows us to deliver plans that not only look great on paper, but that transition easily into a functional installation.

We charge nominal fees for the time that we spend incorporating your needs and our aesthetic vision into your custom landscape plan.  Our initial consultation is free of charge and we’ll give you a design proposal for your specific project.

The cost of landscaping is difficult to generalize without site-specific information and an understanding of the specific vision for your home. However, Realtors published an article that states that a homeowner can expect to spend between 10-12% of the cost of their home on landscaping. We have found that for many projects, this is a fairly accurate projection, however, many projects are above or below that average based on the homeowner’s objectives, specific site requirements, and finished material selections.

Absolutely. We work with homeowners on a regular basis to create phasing plans for their projects. We will phase a project to meet the clients’ initial budget goals, while maintaining a cohesive design that can be flawlessly completed in 2 stages or 10, based on your specific needs.

Yes, we work with third-party, accredited institutions to offer same-as-cash and low-interest financing plans.

There’s typically not a lot of maintenance in the first year or two after plants are installed.  The above ground growth is minimal as the plants are trying to get root establishment as vigorously as possible.  

Most plants require at least a light pruning each year (spring and fall are best) and it may be necessary to remove some dead wood or dormant material after the winter season.
