The landscaping surrounding each location needed to look great and be easy to maintain. What started with helping a GC partner out of a jam at one location has grown into a successful corporate partnership with Elevate Outdoor that maintains the Club Standard for landscaping at Club Car Wash locations nationwide.

The aesthetic for Club Car Wash is clean and manicured with thriving plant life. When designing according to the Club Standard, we also consider local municipal requirements for green space ratios in each community.
This process ensures we create a property that features enough natural plant life to offset the amount of pavement installed at each site. Safety and security are also major factors when we are designing exteriors, ensuring that sight lines to the surrounding areas are unobstructed so customers feel safe while using the car wash, vacuums, and other onsite amenities.
When selecting plants, we consider the local climate for each location to ensure the landscape thrives in the long term without heavy maintenance required. As we worked on more and more projects with the Club Car Wash team, we added a few key foundation plants to the Club Standard including sea green junipers, ornamental grasses, and hydrangeas, to name a few.
Each landscape is also equipped with an irrigation system that works automatically to keep plant life thriving.
To maintain the beautifully manicured look across the Club Car Wash system, our team also takes care of ongoing maintenance for sites in Kansas City and St. Louis where we have Elevate Outdoor locations.

How much should I expect to spend on landscaping?
The cost of landscaping is difficult to generalize without site-specific information and an understanding of the specific vision for your home. However, Realtors published an article that states that a homeowner can expect to spend between 10-12% of the cost of their home on landscaping. We have found that for many projects, this is a fairly accurate projection, however, many projects are above or below that average based on the homeowner’s objectives, specific site requirements, and finished material selections.
Can I complete my project in phases?
Absolutely. We work with homeowners on a regular basis to create phasing plans for their projects. We will phase a project to meet the clients’ initial budget goals, while maintaining a cohesive design that can be flawlessly completed in 2 stages or 10, based on your specific needs.
How do I care for my plants after they are installed by Elevate?
There’s typically not a lot of maintenance in the first year or two after plants are installed. The above ground growth is minimal as the plants are trying to get root establishment as vigorously as possible. Â
Most plants require at least a light pruning each year (spring and fall are best) and it may be necessary to remove some dead wood or dormant material after the winter season. Â
